Para que pueda arreglarlo a la primera
Cuéntame estas cuatro cosas y me ahorras dos correos:
- Qué estabas haciendo justo antes (pantalla, minuto del partido, acción).
- Qué esperabas que pasara y qué pasó.
- Modelo de iPhone y versión de iOS (Ajustes › General › Información).
- Una captura o una grabación de pantalla, si puedes.
Preguntas frecuentes
¿Cómo lo juego?
En iPhone, se descarga gratis de la App Store desde el enlace de la página principal. Las actualizaciones te llegan solas.
En Android, por una prueba cerrada de Google Play, y el orden importa: primero me escribes a cealvarez@footballlegacy.org con tu correo de Google, te añado a la lista de testers, y entonces te mando el enlace de instalación. Al revés no funciona: si abres el enlace sin estar en la lista, Play enseña un «App not available» que parece que el juego no existe.
¿Cuánto cuesta?
Nada. Es gratis en la App Store, y la beta de Android también.
He perdido la partida
La partida vive sólo en el teléfono: no hay copia en la nube, así que borrar la app o cambiar de dispositivo se lleva el progreso. Si desapareció sin que tocaras nada, escríbeme contándome qué hiciste antes: eso es un fallo y quiero verlo.
Se cierra solo o se traba
Primero, cierra la app del todo y vuelve a abrirla; si sigue, reinstálala desde la App Store (ojo: borrar la app se lleva la partida). Y escríbeme igualmente con el modelo de iPhone: Apple me manda los cierres inesperados, pero saber qué estabas haciendo es lo que los arregla.
Tenía la beta de TestFlight
Esas builds caducan a los 90 días; la versión de la App Store no. Instálala desde el enlace de la portada sin borrar antes la de TestFlight y la partida se conserva: es la misma app. Si la borras primero, el progreso se va con ella.
Los logros o la tabla de clasificación no se actualizan
Comprueba que tienes sesión iniciada en Game Center (Ajustes › Game Center). Sin sesión, el juego funciona igual, pero no puede publicar nada.
¿Se puede jugar sin conexión?
Sí. El juego entero funciona sin internet; sólo Game Center necesita conexión.
¿Hay versión de Android o de iPad?
Android sí: en prueba cerrada de Google Play, con plaza por correo, desde Android 7. De iPad no hay todavía; el juego está pensado en vertical para teléfono.

El juego no recoge datos personales. El detalle, en la política de privacidad.

So I can fix it on the first try
Tell me these four things and you save us two emails:
- What you were doing right before (screen, minute of the match, action).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- iPhone model and iOS version (Settings › General › About).
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
FAQ
How do I play it?
On iPhone, download it free from the App Store through the link on the home page. Updates arrive on their own.
On Android it is a closed test on Google Play, and the order matters: first email me at cealvarez@footballlegacy.org with your Google address, I add you to the tester list, and then I send you the install link. The other way round does not work: open the link before you are on the list and Play shows an "App not available" page that looks like the game does not exist.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It is free on the App Store, and the Android beta is free too.
I lost my save
The save lives only on the phone: there is no cloud copy, so deleting the app or switching devices takes your progress with it. If it vanished on its own, email me what you did beforehand — that is a bug and I want to see it.
It crashes or freezes
First, fully close the app and reopen it; if it persists, reinstall from the App Store (note: deleting the app takes the save with it). Email me anyway with your iPhone model — Apple sends me the crashes, but knowing what you were doing is what fixes them.
I had the TestFlight beta
Those builds expire after 90 days; the App Store version does not. Install it from the link on the home page without deleting the TestFlight one first and your save survives — it is the same app. Delete it first and the progress goes with it.
Achievements or leaderboards don't update
Check that you are signed in to Game Center (Settings › Game Center). Without it the game works the same, but it cannot submit anything.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The whole game works with no internet; only Game Center needs a connection.
Is there an Android or iPad version?
Android, yes: a closed test on Google Play, with a seat by email, from Android 7 on. No iPad build yet; the game is designed portrait, for a phone.

The game collects no personal data. The details are in the privacy policy.
